Travis Smith is the founder and CEO of Tribevest, which solves a major problem in the world of group investing by making it simple to create and manage your own investment group. During the Great Recession, they saw people all around them losing their jobs, and they identified real estate as a way to hack wealth without derailing their careers. They had no experience or education in the field at that time, but their biggest problem was a lack of upfront capital. Leigh is onto something amazing here... she has a yurt that she built right outside Glacier National Park. You NEED to go check this place out because we can't do it justice. The design and layout is incredible, full of natural light, decked out with stainless steel appliances.

The best part about this place is the location. A lot of people are itching to travel this summer and will want to go visit the National Parks.

Solo travel is a rising trend, but it can be dangerous — especially for women.

The two now own Farrand Hall, a historic estate built by Henry K. Farrand in the magic capital of the world: Colon, Michigan. Farrand Hall was added to Michigan State Preservation Office’s List of Historic Sites in 1971 and The National Register of Historic Places in 1972. Both James and Jacob live and work in Chicago, but expect to make Farrand Hall their full-time jobs very soon.

Yes... this is as interesting as it sounds! Hosted by our friend Wendy, this Dutch a-frame isn't something you'd think you would find in Arizona. Wendy does an amazing job with furniture curation and has a lot of eclectic spaces, but this one really catches your eye (we LOVE the rainbow of glassware)!

This one-of-a-kind stay has a lot of visual interest. Remember: how you take your photos is how you sell someone on booking with you. What really stuck out to us immediately is their direct booking site, and you can facebook message them FROM their site! We have not seen that! If you don't use a site like AirBnB to book, Facebook is a great way to communicate with your guests, and having it as a plugin (maybe that's not the right terminology here... but we're trying !) right on your website makes it super easy!

We love their tagline: "Never underestimate the joy of relaxation" and how it's front and center on their site. (psst... We TOTALLY agree!)
