We have been following along for quite some time, and they have four different apartments... and they are television show themed with a retro flair! If you're a fan of Schitt's Creek, Golden Girls, Friends, or Seinfeld (or all of them), you're going to LOVE these rentals!

Can we get you on our show? Because we want to know how long it took to source all of the things in these properties. They literally make you feel like you're in the middle of a sitcom set.

Kudos to them for really thinking about what they wanted to do, going after it, crushing it. And they just recently opened up this year, but man, we NEED to hear about the success of going in on a niche and making it happen in Cincinnati, Ohio.

It’s time for #strsharesunday! Today we are sharing Magnolia Cottage Farmstay

This sprawling 70 acre property is in Lancaster, PA. She caters to large families who come together for reunions and family getaways. So often when we think of short-term rentals, we think of vacation spots and smaller places, not necessarily larger plots of land.

We also tend to get wrapped up in the amenities on the interior of a space, but we think that in this case, the biggest amenity is how expansive their property is and how much acreage they have with nothing on it! Check out their photos to see this gorgeous property.

They offer content shoots at their property too, and it's easy to see why. It's gorgeous on the inside and out. From the exterior paint color to the porch to each and every room, it's all on brand. They are really telling a story and it's all so cohesive throughout the property.
