The first thing we love is that their link in bio is their website. We believe that digital real estate can not only coincide with your physical real estate, but enhance it. We highly highly highly recommend a branded website for your space!

This space is in the wilderness and they've really catered to the outdoorsy folk that may want to book with them. They have a bike rack for their guests to store their bikes. Also, you know we just *love* hooks all over a STR, but get this, they take it a step further by hanging backpacks on them for their guests to utilize when they go on a hike! They also have a special shelf called their "Adventure Wall" which has all the local trail maps where their guests can hike in the area.

Thematically, they are really catering to guests who want to come and enjoy the great outdoors and have designed some simple but meaningful touches to really...

This Oklahoma City rental just opened up recently and the have the most beautiful design and aesthetic. Seriously... we want to come chill here!

But there's something that they did that we really love. As hosts, we want you to know how much impact you can have, not just on your guests, but in your local community. As they opened, they did a series of giveaways: they gave away gift cards to local businesses close to the home. What a great way to introduce yourself to those businesses and to the neighborhood, and to give back before you even really get started.

It's time for #strsharesunday! Today we are sharing A-Frame Lake Ozark!

If you can guess by the name, this is a gorgeous little A-frame located in the Ozarks.

Here are a couple things we want to highlight about this property:

1. They went SUPER bold with the yellow door which creates a huge contrast to the dark exterior. This makes it really easy for guests to find, and the check-in experience can be really nerve wracking for guests. If you can help ease that in any way for your guests, do it!

2. We don't see this too often: they have a "drop zone" in the house and a secondary refrigerator, which is *super* convenient for a lake house that can sleep up to 8 people. This is something you may not initially think of! Some beach houses have this too. A lot of guests check in early and have their groceries with them, so having a space for guests to put their fresh groceries so they can enjoy the beach or the lake is such a great idea.

They're pretty new to the STR scene, so go check...
