What we really want people to pay attention to is the amazing nook that they've turned into a gaming, puzzle, and book area. We love the way they've built it into the home and how they've organized the space. It's such a nice thing to offer to their guests... I mean who doesn't love a board game or a puzzle, especially on a rainy day!?

They also have an amazing use of color in this home. The colors are bright and vibrant with such nice attention to detail. We love to see it!

Annette may have botched the pronunciation of their location (but gold star for trying, right?) on the pod, but these hosts are celebrating the classic Canadian getaway, and it is SO gorgeous.

What we want to talk about with this particular property, and this is something we talked about in our live event, is bringing the history of a brand to continue the legacy. We love how Happy Camper Chalet has brought the history of their property through old black and white photos of the Chalet, a vintage radio and record player, old signs, thrifted hats, tennis rackets, and lamps, and their grandma's old binoculars. They've done an amazing job weaving nostalgia into their property and their brand!

We get this question a lot: "If I have more than one properties, should I have more than one instagram/website?"

Host Brooke is a great example of how to combine properties, and we love what she's done to highlight both her properties using one account.

She has a LinkTree where you can book direct and SAVE (super convenient), or you can book through AirBnB. We preach having book direct sites and alternative ways to book your property, so we love that she incentivizes it while also offering something like AirBnB that people may feel more comfortable with.

When you subscribe to her email list, you immediately get a free guide with a perfect day itinerary for your stay in the Rocky Mountains! What a great marketing idea!

These hosts are right in our backyard, how have we not met already? These designers-gone-farmers working on yard-turned-farm. They have axe and tool restoration, they have a farm, and we totally want to stay.

Check out their feed and get ready to feel inspired! This is THE spot. This family had a dream and they made it happen. It's a renovated 1950s home situated alongside a small family farm where fresh flowers and free range eggs await! Excellent use of wallpaper too

They have mapped out all the areas of landscaping in their property right in their listing, which is so awesome. Far enough out of the city limits but still has some amazing stargazing, and it's just a short walk from taverns and local shops.

This unique property is located in the Catskills and there is so much that we love about it!

They have a private creek and swimming hole on two acres, and an old, rustic barn that can be used for dining and events. We don't think we've ever seen a property like this! They could have taken an old barn and just gotten rid of it, but instead, they have built an entire experience around that old barn!

This account is very near and dear to our hearts. Amy is a coach inside our Hosting Business Mastery Method and we have been instagram friends for years! We are so excited to meet her IRL in just a few weeks.

She is launching a new property that has literally been YEARS in the making: a vintage caboose on her property that overlooks a factory and train tracks, as if the caboose itself is a part of the landscape. It is drop dead gorgeous!

Amy and the rest of her beautiful family have put so much love into the caboose (literally... they painted the word LOVE on the side). They transported it from West Virginia and redone the entire thing in a true labor of love.

Here's the deal... host Claudia has a couple hundred instagram followers BUT she's really utilizing reels in her content. Some of her reels are getting thousands of views, which means thousands of pairs of eyes on her property! One of the things Claudia did really well was a collaboration campaign with an influencer. If you have influencers staying at your property, ask them to create a few reels of their stay!

Add this idea into your marketing tool belt , check out her reels, and give her some love! Her space is GORGEOUS

It's time for #strsharesunday! Today we are sharing Lodge Noir

There are three specific things we want to talk about that we love about Lodge Noir, especially in regards to staging.

1. They have an amazing dedicated workspace that overlooks the Blue Ridge Mountains. Great for anyone working from home!

2. They have a game room with a pool table and foosball table... perfect for a rainy day! It also catches your eye in the photos, especially if you're looking to travel with a group.

3. Let's talk LIGHTING This is something that often gets overlooked in design, and we talk about it often. They have a ton of overhead and secondary lighting fixtures that are AMAZING and lend to the design. Including exterior lighting (we love a bistro light!) They also have bedside lamps in each of their bedrooms. We see hosts leave these out a lot... don't leave these out!
