We love the simple, sleek logo, and we love how they repost things from their guests. User generated content people! Let your guests create content for you and use it to your advantage. Not only does it look great, but it's social proof to add to your reviews.

You should always highlight the amazing things about your property, but in your listing, let's keep it real and honest. You should also let your guests know about the imperfections. Todd and Tessa mention in their listing that their space is not great for those with mobility issues because of their steep stairs, that their driveway is windy and curvy and not always great in bad weather, and that the wifi is only able to withstand so much!

This gorgeous rental is hosted by Janet and Grace and located in Michigan.

There are two things that really stood out to us when we checked them out...

1. They have a 7 night minimum in the summer and a 2-3 night minimum in the other seasons, and they explain this and the reasons behind it to their potential guests!

2. They also have TWO master suites on the first floor.... WOW! If you have the luxury of designing your space or are currently renovating, you should definitely consider having two master suites!

This is a DARLING 528 sq. foot cabin in the north Georgia mountains hosted by Andrea, and it's SO adorable, we just want to jump in our cars and go RIGHT NOW.

Andrea truly found a way to capture the exact amount of character. There is so much care put into this cabin, with every nook and cranny designed to ensure that their guests have a wonderful stay. With 5 stars across the board, you know it's a great place to be!

TIP: if you have renovated your space or are planning on doing so, people LOVE a before and after, so make an instagram highlight to show the progress and tell that story!

They *used to* have a heart-shaped tub, but they got rid of it. So if ANYONE knows where this tub is... Annette wants to make you an offer

This is an amazing, luxurious desert getaway in the Casa Grande foothills of Arizona. This rental is owned by three amazing women: Norah, Ana Karina, and Maria. There are three casitas on their B&B property.

What we love is that they are working on a garden and offering farm-to-table selection. They are really trying to encourage their guests to unwind, rise when they want, and relax without strict adherence to a schedule.

Part of what is so amazing about AirBnb is that people want to stay and get to know the HOST and the city they call home. Anna does a great job at showing who she is before you book or stay!

She has hundreds of reviews, knows exactly what she's doing, her branding is on point. We also love that she requests that you hashtag her during your stay so she can participate in your stay. Have your own own hashtag (let them know what it is in your welcome message or welcome book or on your instagram), and it will give you content to share and insight into how your guests enjoy their stay!

Sometimes your reviews can get stale in your listing, but using a graphic design program like Canva (don't worry! it's super easy for beginners) to make them pretty on your instagram account!
