First of all... what an amazing play on words. It's an A-frame... that you can visit while you're AWAY on vacation. Get it!?

We have one word... COLOR. You can't look at this account without noticing all the beautiful color they've put into their space. Her use of color is super consistent and pays homage to the mid-century modern vibes on the inside and out.

Everything is so well thought out, from the copy to the logo (you know we're suckers for a good logo, because your STR is a BUSINESS which needs a BRAND).

Leigh is onto something amazing here... she has a yurt that she built right outside Glacier National Park. You NEED to go check this place out because we can't do it justice. The design and layout is incredible, full of natural light, decked out with stainless steel appliances.

The best part about this place is the location. A lot of people are itching to travel this summer and will want to go visit the National Parks.

Fun fact: Netty once worked at a resort at Glacier National Park. Looks like we'll have to come back to visit and stay here! Go give Leigh a like and a follow to check out her beautiful space!

Yes... this is as interesting as it sounds! Hosted by our friend Wendy, this Dutch a-frame isn't something you'd think you would find in Arizona. Wendy does an amazing job with furniture curation and has a lot of eclectic spaces, but this one really catches your eye (we LOVE the rainbow of glassware)!

This one-of-a-kind stay has a lot of visual interest. Remember: how you take your photos is how you sell someone on booking with you. Check out her IG and her AirBnB listing, and you'll find that not only are her photos amazing, but you really need to go through and read about her space, line-by-line. Wendy really lets you know what she has in every room, what you can enjoy. Her copy is top-notch and she is also SUPER clear with her rules.

They have 4 properties, which include two lofts and a cottage, so we love the variety of properties you can stay at.

What really stuck out to us immediately is their direct booking site, and you can facebook message them FROM their site! We have not seen that! If you don't use a site like AirBnB to book, Facebook is a great way to communicate with your guests, and having it as a plugin (maybe that's not the right terminology here... but we're trying !) right on your website makes it super easy!

We love their tagline: "Never underestimate the joy of relaxation" and how it's front and center on their site. (psst... We TOTALLY agree!)

Let's cut to the chase here... where did their name come from? Your hosts are Dustin (aka Dusty) and Anna Rose (aka Rose). Clever, right!? This rental is located in St. Mary, Georgia.

Anna is an environmental historian, so she has taken that and made sure it's infused in their rental to make sure it's as sustainable as possible.

They let you know right out of the gate that their cabin is small, the wifi might be slower than you're used to, you might hear cars going by, and you might see some bugs. Sometimes stating the obvious (bugs in the mountains, who knew?) is really helpful to have in your listing.

Bill and Tammie are your hosts and we love their story. They bought the home, lived in it, jazzed it up, all the while knowing it would one day function as a Short Term Rental. Once they made the home beautiful, they moved out and started renting it out, and the remnants of the love and care they put into is while they lived in it do not go unnoticed.

This is a large 4 bedroom home, but it's listed in 2 different ways! It's listed as a 4 bedroom first, and THEN as a 2 bedroom, and the calendars sync and talk with each other. Now why is that? As a date gets closer and it isn't booked as a 4 bedroom, then it's released as a 2 bedroom. Profit margins are higher for a 4 bedroom, but if that isn't booked, the ability for someone to book it as a 2 bedroom exists also.

It's time for #strsharesunday and today we are featuring Heaven Cent Cabin!

This cabin is hosted by Judy and located in Clayton, Georgia. There are so many things to love about her listing! She has great photography, a cozy space, and does a wonderful job of showcasing all the wonderful things in the area around her cabin.

But what we love most about her listing is that there are things to note about her cabin... just like there are things to note in every urban rental, every beach house, every lodge, you name it. Judy makes sure to note that children are allowed, but it's not a kid-friendly home due to the stairs, that it's on a dead-end road and only has room for 3 vehicles, and our favorite: that the seventh guest space can only be entered through the master suite (so if you're not into that... consider her cabin made for 6 and not 7!).

We love that there are NO surprises when guests show up. As a host, you have to be honest and forthcoming and you have to give as much...
