So, if you haven’t spent a night at your own rentals lately, or you haven’t had the “guest experience” in your own home that you rent out, then now’s the time to do that. If you find that you’d rather stay in your short-term rental than your own home, you’ve nailed it.
If your rental is an experience, people will drive to you. This is especially true in a post-COVID world, where people are really trying to get out of cities and to somewhere isolated on vacation.
